Dear founding members,

Twelve years ago, I never imagined that I would be where I am today. I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to work with so many other stylists and educators who are like-minded.

I would never have imagined I would meet each one of you, and you would have allowed me to grow as an individual while helping our industry grow as a whole.

Over the last six months, the Beauty Collective has shown me how much compassion, love, and potential our industry has to be more inclusive. All of you have shown UP and shown me your true selves—your vulnerability and every part of you—and it has been a one-of-a-kind experience.

I never imagined that this would be what it is. I would have never thought that I would have the opportunity to help so many others who share my passion for creating spaces where everyone feels like they belong.

I know this work is not easy, but I am so happy that you've decided to take this journey with me.

I know that this is just the beginning. But we are making lasting change—not just for our industry, but for ourselves as a whole. I feel like we have evolved as humans over the last six months, all while sharing laughter and tears, as we paved the way for the industry to be more inclusive.

I know that 2022 and Beauty Collective Phase 2 will be all these things and so much more.

I am so grateful for you and that you've decided to trust me to take you on this journey of inclusivity.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I love each and every one of you to pieces!
