How data is helping DEI further

Data can tell us so many things. Collecting data on staff composition allows a business to track changes in diversity over time and compare itself to other similar businesses.

This information can then be used to develop targeted recruitment strategies and identify potential gaps in hiring practices. Understanding the existing composition of your team is key to developing targeted recruitment strategies that will attract more diverse talent. Please click here to read this article from Alysha M.
